Canada Post Expedited shipping. Ships next business day, and shipping to take 2-8 business days (but hopefully less!). To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart: 1. Returns/Exchanges:
The cost of returning/exchanging any goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you require an alternative size or colour for your product, please re-order via our website. We will be more than happy to offer a refund for any unworn items returned to us with their tags attached and with their original and undamaged packaging within 30 days of placing the order. Please complete the returns slip included in your parcel with all details so that we are fully able to identify your return and process your refund as soon as possible. Please note that we will ONLY be able to offer a refund if these conditions are met.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods returned. We are unable to cancel orders prior to dispatch as they are processed in real time. In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order where your goods are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order using orders@waterbabies.ca These conditions do not affect your statutory rights if the goods are damaged or faulty in any way.
